He started with two trucks on Florida Avenue and Broad Street. In the early 1980's, he and his wife Lynda began running All-American Electric our of their modest home in Forest Hills. The company grew steadily and eventually became too productive to be managed from their home office. In 1990, in preparation to join his parents, Roger II became the youngest man in the state of Florida to pass the Master Electrician's exam. By 1992, Roger II and his older brother, Dahl, joined in the daily operations and eventually the entire clan was forced to move into an office space that could accommodatae a company operating 30 trucks. By 1998, Dahl and Roger had engendered so many good business relationships that the fleet had grown to more than 100 trucks and well over 175 employees. Again, we were forced to move to a larger facility. As of June of 1998, we occupy a property of over 50,000 square feet at 13720 North Nebraska Avenue in north Tampa. We have over 4,000 square feet of office space and an on-site warehouse encompassing 10,000 square feet. We are currently one of the largest electrical contractors in the state. Our electricians are among the most experienced with an average of 15 years in the field. Roger Sr. and Lynda are very proud of their sons and the legacy they have created for thier own children. It is with their children in mind that Dahl and Roger work hard everyday to fuel the success of his company and they do so through a dedication to quality, workmanship and fair business practices.
